Charles Oliver Chase Was Born March 20,1963, to Frieda Duckett/Chase and Cloud Alfred Chase SR. He mostly grew up in the Twin Buttes area, went to school there and La Mesa, CA. He also attended college in Grand Forks, ND . Charles loved to travel the world and was always on the go, Charles lived in Red Wing, MN with his sister Frances, and her husband, Veldon Black Tail Deer,
Charles and Debbie met in 2003, and was United in marriage May 23,2006, they made their home in New Town and then Twin Buttes.
Charles was in the U.S Navy and was honorable discharge for medical issues , he lived his life to the fullest and had a heart of gold , he worked various jobs here n there, he loved being in the casinos!
He comes from a very large family who he loved dearly, Black Hawk Family, White Family, Benson Family, Duckett Family, Hunter Family, and Little Swallow Family, he also had many nieces and nephews he loved! He was called home to the spirit world November 13,2021 in Bismarck, ND
He is preceded in death by his mother Freida Duckett/Chase , Father Cloud Chase, brothers Marvin Chase, Richard (Jimmy) Chase, Cloud Alfred (Freddy) Chase Jr, Valrey S. Chase, Gerald (Bozie) Black Hawk, Step Sons: Mark Porter, Christopher Houle, sisters: Elenore Chase/Umlauf, Annette Chase/Porter, and Felicia Black Hawk.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Danks/Chase, sister: Frances Chase/Blacktail Deer (Veldon), step children: Krista Houle and Dustin Ward , step Grandkids: Teigan Porter, Coltere Porter, and Talyn Porter.
