Sherry Ann (Summers) Krueger, 66, Bismarck, died Oct. 28, 2021 at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5 at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave., Bismarck. Family will greet guests one hour prior.
Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck.
Sherry was born December 30, 1954 in Fargo. She was adopted by her loving parents Hilma and Wilbur Summers. Sherry was raised in Jamestown, where she graduated from Jamestown High School 1973.
Sherry married Darrel Krueger on August 12, 1977. They had two children from this union.
Sherry suffered from Friedreich Ataxia, but that didn’t stop her from enjoying life to the fullest. She loved being outside soaking up the sun any chance she could get. Sherry was a lover of classic country, but also Elvis Presley’s number one fan, and burned through many stereos in her lifetime. She had music playing at all times. She was an avid reader and always had a romance novel in hand along with a coke and a candy bar. Sherry had an infectious giggle that could bring a smile to anyone’s face. She always found the beauty in everything and she was never seen without her hair done or jewelry on until her final years. Sherry enjoyed being around, and most of all, making her grandchildren laugh.
Sherry is survived by her children, Daniel (Jennifer) Krueger and Victoria Paulson; grandchildren, Noah, Sarah and Hannah Krueger and Miles Paulson; and sister-in-law, Marlene Summers.
Sherry will reunite in heaven with her parents, Hilma and Will Summers; and brother, Paul Summers.
