Marvin was a kind and caring person. He loved his wife, Eva, dearly and her illness broke his heart. He visited Mom daily, but covid changed that routine. Dad filled his days at morning coffee, playing in the pool league, visiting with family and friends in town and attending worship at Peace Lutheran Church. During the summer, he enjoyed golfing with his buddies, maintaining an immaculate lawn, and tinkering in the garage. He was proud of his family and loved his kids, Robert, Eva (Andy) and Carla (Kevin). He was called Papa Heyne by his grandchildren, Eva (Evan), Gracie (Scott), Aaron and Jacob. Marvin was a self taught musician. All his family loved to listen to him play the accordion and piano. It was a joy to listen to him play. Many nights he would end his day with caring phone calls to friends and family, especially Ruby, Melvin and Eli. Marv is missed by his family and friends, and his home community of Linton. His smile and good heart will never be forgotten ❤️
