Billie spent countless hours supporting her children’s extracurricular activities. She volunteered as a school room mom and proudly boasted the titles of Hockey Mom, Gymnastics Mom, and Cheer Mom. She was a devoted grandmother who cherished quality time with her four grandchildren.
After retirement in 2016, Billie and Carter divided their time between their summer home at Lake Metigoshe and winters in San Tan Valley, Arizona.
