Darl “Lenny” Lee Farley, 62, of Bismarck, passed away on Aug. 31, 2023 at Sanford Health with loved ones by his side.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Gracepoint Church. Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Lenny was born in Phillipi West Virginia on Oct. 16, 1960. He spent most of his childhood traveling many places as he was a military child and he was able to go the places such as Hawaii, Italy and New Jersey.
Lenny and Letha Rene (Sellner) Farley met and married Nov. 14th 1987 in Hampton VA. Together they had two children before returning to Bismarck, ND.
In North Dakota, Lenny worked at Merideth Cable which is now Midco and later transitioned jobs to Midwest Business Systems and later in the mail department at BSC.
Lenny had many hobbies which include fishing, hunting, camping and watching NASCAR and college football.
He will be deeply missed by his two children, Dayton Farley and Larissa (Kipp) Harrington; his two brothers, Alan Farley and Denny (Mary Ann); his father, Denver “Sonny” Farley; his mother-in-law, Loetta Sellner; and brother-in-law, Wayne (Tami) Sellner.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Letha Rene (Sellner) Farley; his mother, Sondra (Maxon) Farley; and his father-in-law, Wallace Sellner.
