A celebration of life will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 14, 2023, at First Lutheran Church, Mandan, ND.  Family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.

Blair will be deeply missed by all who shared his life, his legacy of love that he shared with Dini will live on through his family. He cherished the time he spent with his family and friends, he especially loved hanging out with his grandson, JJ.  Everyone knew, whenever you saw Blair, he would have a joke to share.  He loved his friends and will be missed by all.
