Dale B. Pfaff, 93, Bismarck, ND, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2023, at Miller Pointe.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Bismarck Funeral Home, Bismarck, ND, with Pastor Rich Wyatt officiating from Living Hope Church of the Nazarene.
A burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens following the funeral service. A live stream of the service will be available on the Bismarck Funeral Home Facebook page.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 15, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Bismarck Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at Bismarck Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on May 16, 2023.
Dale was born on October 7, 1929, to Albert and Bertha (Felchle) Pfaff. He grew up and attended country school near Goodrich ND.
He was united in marriage to Carol Gutknecht on June 8, 1950, and they celebrated 70 years of marriage. They moved to Bismarck where he worked at the bulk plant for Phillips 66 and then later did construction work.
Dale was a member of the Nazarene Church in Bismarck.
Dale will be deeply missed by his family, sons: Doug (Linda) Pfaff, Colorado, Tim (Peggy) Pfaff, Bismarck, daughter- in- law Saundra Pfaff, Bismarck, seven grandchildren: Jeremy (Erin) Pfaff, Jason (Jenna) Pfaff, Joshua (Carrie) Pfaff, Lindsey (Kam) Ali, Ross Pfaff, Brooke Pfaff and Scott Pfaff, 10 great-grandchildren, Sisters: Janice Schock and Jeanette Hienle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol, son, Steve, parents, brothers: Floyd Pfaff and Delmar Pfaff.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation of bibles through Gideons International or another organization of your choice.
