Constance “Connie” Andrews passed away January 14th in a Bismarck hospital.  A celebration of her life will be held Friday January 20th at Miller Pointe Care Center 3500 21st ST SE in Mandan at 10:30 AM.

Connie was born 11/18/1936 to Alfred and Geraldine (Hoffman) Hoover in Bismarck at St. Alexius medical center, she was raised in Moffit ND.  She attended and graduated from Bismarck High School.

On June 4th, 1955, she married her best friend James “Jim” Andrews, they made their home in Bismarck where they raised 3 children, Etta, Julie, and Steve.

Connie will be remembered for her infectious smile and boisterous laugh.  So much so that everyone in her family hesitated to take her to a comedy in a theater.  She was the kindest soul that you could find and always wanted those around her to be happy.  She loved her children and grand-children greatly and extended that kindness to their friends as well.

Connie is survived by her children:  Etta Kirschman, TX, Julie (Gerard ) Feist, Bismarck, and Steve, Bismarck, Five grandchildren:  Jennifer (Tim) Jablonski, Bismarck,  Corry Feist, Bismarck, Richard Feist, Fargo, Kali Kirschman, Napa CA, and Jessica Schiefelbein, Evergreen CO. Three great grandchildren, Liliana and Andrew Jablonski, Bismarck, Ava Butler, Evergreen CO and her brother, Harry Hoover, sister-in-law Barbara Hoover, and many nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Geraldine (Hoffman) Hoover, her husband, James, 2 brothers, Vern and Elmer Hoover, Sister-in-law, Darlene Hoover.

The family would like to thank Miller Pointe Care Center for the wonderful care that they provided to Connie over the last five years.  The kindness and compassion that you showed to “our little liar” will not be forgotten and was always appreciated.
