Lenhart spent his adult life working in the construction industry. He fondly shared stories about working for various construction companies, and finally going out on his own to form Mindt Construction with his son Bryan. Some of his proudest moments were when his youngest son Mark joined the company, followed by grandsons Jeff and Erik, before Lenhart’s retirement a few years later.
