James Edward Froeber, 84, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 23rd. He was born in Drake, North Dakota in 1937. He raised his family in Minot, North Dakota and spent his retirement years in Edina, Minnesota. His funeral will be on June 3rd in Minot, North Dakota at 10 am at the St Therese, Church of the Little Flower, where he married the love of his life, Kathleen Ann Kongslie, 60 years ago. The burial will immediately follow the funeral at Rosehill Memorial Cemetery. May he Rest In Peace.
