Roy John “Roy” Kupfer, 71, Bismarck, formerly of Edgeley, passed away Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, at Sanford Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 31 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. A service livestream will be available on the funeral home’s website.
Roy was born August 16, 1950, in Jamestown to LaRoy and Sharon (Gemar) Kupfer. After serving in the United States Navy, Roy spent many years working for the City of Edgeley. Roy enjoyed spending time with his children and grandsons watching their many sports activities.
Roy is survived by his wife, Linda; son, Nathan (Michelle) Kupfer, and grandsons, Nick and Lucas, of Bismarck; son, Jeremy (Jodi) Kupfer, and grandsons, Jacksyn and Jaevyn, Mandan; two brothers, Jim (Rachel) Kupfer, Fargo, and Mike (Sandy) Kupfer, Las Vegas Nev.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in in death by his parents; sister and father-in-law.
