Cheri Lynn Rohrich, 54, went to meet Jesus on May 2, 2021 at Sanford Hospital after succumbing to her hard-fought battle against lung cancer. A memorial service will be held 12 p.m. Friday, May 7 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. Visitation will be held one-hour prior at the funeral home.

Burial will be held at Sterling Union Cemetery, Sterling.

Cheri was born in Bismarck on April 20, 1967, the daughter of Lavern and Jean (Elness) Wilson. She graduated from Century High School in 1986. She was Assistant Manager of Dollar Tree and created many new friendships there.

Cheri’s world revolved around her two sons, Jacob Rohrich and TiLer Teske.  Cheri loved her family fiercely, many of her friends became family and were fortunate enough to experience her love firsthand. Cheri and Dan (her significant other) would host “Sunday Family Supper” where anyone was welcome, this became a time of family and fellowship that was looked forward to each week.

Cheri will be deeply missed by many. She was always willing to help anyone in need in whatever way she was able. She was kind and thoughtful, always looking for ways to let others know she was thinking of them.  In her free time, Cheri enjoyed playing Bingo, boating and dining out with friends. She passed on her intense love of cats and her unique sense of humor to both of her boys.

Cheri is survived by her significant other, Dan Doll; sons, Jacob Rohrich and TiLer Teske; five brothers and sisters, Lee (Joan) Wilson, Wes (Lois) Wilson, Kim (Chad) Sandhofner, Beckie (Mike) Dronen, Levi Wilson (Genine); many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; as well as honorary daughter and grandkids, Lacey Furcho, Cali and Chase.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Lloyd and Blanche Wilson, Elder and Hazel Elness; her parents, Lavern and Jean Wilson; and three babies, Jonathon, Matthew and Anthony.
