A celebration of life will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 19, 2021 at First Lutheran Church, Mandan, ND.  Family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.  A Livestream of the Service will be available on the Bismarck Funeral Home Facebook page.

Dini was born October 13,1957, the 3rd child to Raymond and Jeanette Hallgren in Crosby, ND. She graduated from Crosby High School in 1975, and married her high school sweetheart, Blair Hasselstrom July 17, 1976.

To this union were born children Melissa and Cory, whom she loved and encouraged to the end. Dini and her family spent most of their years together in the Bismarck/Mandan area. She was the friendly day captain of the Seven Seas Restaurant for 13 years where she oversaw their servers. From then to present Dini was again serving others as part of a home health service team. She loved caring for others and was devoted to her client’s needs.

Dini spent most of her free time with the love of her life, Blair. She loved the road cruises they took through the badlands and country drives. She was always there to listen and give advice to family members to help them with their life challenges. Her smile was comforting to everyone she came in contact with, and everyone loved her happy laugh. Her grandson J J brought special happiness to her life. She had a special fondness for daisies, ladybugs, butterflies, buttons and marbles. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Dini is survived by her husband of 45 years, Blair; daughter, Melissa and grandson J J.; son, Cory; mother, Jeanette, Osage WY; sisters, Ramona Eutsler of Osage WY, Gloria Fenster (Maynard) of Williston ND, Melissa Strand (Greg) of Williston ND, and Susan Schmidt (Mike) of Arlington WA; and brother, Duane (Terri) Hallgren of Gold Bar WA.
