Beth Rubbelke, 69, Minot, died Thursday, October 14, 2021 in a Minot Hospital.

Mary Elizabeth Laske was born February 25, 1952 at Lisbon, North Dakota, the daughter of Eugene and Evelyn (Thurnau) Laske. She was raised and educated at Oakes, North Dakota and graduated from Oakes High School in 1970. She continued her education at the University of North Dakota, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She later received a Master’s Degree as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor from the Mankato State University in Mankato, MN.

Beth was once married to Brad Wells. From this union three boys, Brannon, Tanner and Cullen were born. Throughout the years, she was employed as a registered nurse at ManorCare, Minot Vocational Workshop and Trinity Medical Center along with the Benedictine Living Center in Garrison.  

Beth was united in marriage to Ross Rubbelke September 3, 2005 at Ottertail Lake, MN and they made their home in Minot, ND.

Beth was a Member of Faith United Methodist, Minot. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  She was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed her time at the lake with family and friends. She enjoyed fishing and gardening. She was very artistic and loved to paint and make jewelry. Ross was the love of her life along with her sons and grandchildren.

Her loving family includes, husband, Ross of Minot; children, Brannon (Amy) Wells, Minneapolis, MN, Tanner Wells, Colorado and Cullen (Heath) Wells, Fargo; 3 grandchildren, Quinlan, Greyson and Gwendolyn; sisters, Jacki Qualio of Arizona and Karen (Al) Dirks, Minneapolis, MN; brother, Doug Laske, Kansas; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Evey; sister, Marjorie, brother, David Laske and nephew, Michael Qualio II.                                                                                                         

Celebration of Life Service: Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Faith United Methodist Church, Minot.

Interment: Leonard Cemetery, Leonard, North Dakota

Visitation: At her request there will not be a viewing, however friends may sign a memorial register book on Thursday, October 21st from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
