Susan “Susie” Dunsmoor, 71, Minot, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in a Minot Hospital.
Susie was born November 1, 1949 at Minot, North Dakota the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy (Schafer) Teets. She was raised and educated in Minot and graduated in 1967 from Minot High School.
Susie attended Minot State University for two years and was united in marriage to Dave Dunsmoor on June 27, 1975 at First Presbyterian Church in Minot. They moved to Grand Forks, ND, and Wahpeton, ND. They moved back to Minot and continued to make Minot their home, where she was employed with Minot Public Schools as a library aide for more than 20 years. She was the proud mother of a son, Michael and 3 grandchildren, Parker, Spencer and Hannah.
She was a longtime member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, Minot. She enjoyed reading, gardening, listening to Elvis songs and was an avid doll collector in her younger years. Her pride and joy was traveling to Washington State to see her grandchildren and spend time with them.
Family includes: husband of 46 years, Dave Dunsmoor, Minot; son, Mike Dunsmoor, Olympia, Washington; grandchildren, Parker, Spencer & Hannah; brother, Doug (Connie) Teets, Minot; sister in law, Judy Teets, Minot; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Susie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Teets.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
Visitation: Friday, September 17, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
