Heather M. Meschke, 34, Minot, died Saturday, August 21, 2021, in a Minot hospital.

Heather was born November 2, 1986, in Minot, ND to Daniel and Debbie (Carlson) Meschke. She was raised and educated in Minot, graduating from Minot High School in 2005.

Heather was blessed with two lovely daughters Aleah and Jordyn that were the loves of her life.

Heather was diagnosed with Addison’s disease at a young age but never let the disease define her spirit or life. She was a devoted mother who put her children in the center of her life, treasuring each moment and achievement. She was selfless always putting everyone in her life before herself.

Heather enjoyed shopping, eating and like her mom, garage sales. Never one to pay full price for anything, thrift stores were often on the menu of activities second only to the Minnesota Twins, Cincinnati Bengals or time spent baking for her family. Amazon and the mailman will miss her business and never ending orders of Boom-Chicka Pop Kettle Corn and Blue Raspberry Crystal Light!

Heather is survived by her children Aleah Jones and Jordyn Meschke; father Dan Meschke; grandfather Verlane Carlson; siblings Jennifer Dalen and Tyler (Falynn Reiswig) Meschke, all of Minot; niece Caralina Edmund; nephews Gavin Edmund and Colton Meschke; aunts and uncles include Sandy (Perry) Getzlaff, Lyn Ebertz, Kathy Meschke, and Darin (Marlee) Meschke; longtime friend Andre Brown along with many cousins, extended family and friends.

Heather was preceded in death by her mother Debbie Meschke, maternal grandmother Lillian Carlson, paternal grandparents Ronald and Donna (Hippo) Meschke and brother-in-law Paul Dalen.
