Donna Marie (Fischer) Stegmiller, 71, Bismarck, North Dakota, passed away July 4, 2021, in her home of natural causes.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 2 PM August 27, 2021, at Bismarck Funeral Home.
Donna was born July 12, 1949 to Melvin and Viola Fischer. She was raised and educated in Steele and Bismarck. She attended Bismarck High School, Bismarck Junior College, and the University of Mary.
She loved animals, enjoyed playing games and reading.
She is survived by her two sons, Wes (Amy) Stegmiller, Jamestown; Scott (Janice) Stegmiller, Lake Stevens, WA; three grandchildren, Maggie and Josh of Jamestown and Natalie of Lake Stevens; and three sisters Wanda (Dewey) Kertzman, Eureka Springs, AR; Connie (JoRay) Rising, Regan; and Marcia (Michael) Dunn, Bismarck.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David.

Donna and I grew up together as cousins but I have always considered her a sister. Memories of the times we shared are priceless. May she rest in peace until we meet again.
