Obituary

Judy Fuller, Bismarck, formerly of Mandan, died May 17, 2021 on her 75th birthday, at St. Vincent’s Care Center, Bismarck.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Christ the King Catholic Church, Mandan, with Fr. Fred Harvey celebrating.  A private family burial will be held at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.  The service will be live streamed here on the funeral home website at the bottom of Judy’s obituary page.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan, with a Parish Rosary/Vigil at 7 PM.  Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.

Judy was born May 17, 1946 in Lankin, ND to Frank and Rose (Greicar) Novak.  She was raised and educated in Lankin and went on to attend Aaker Business College in Grand Forks.  On Valentine’s Day 1964, she met George Fuller.  Following his return home from active duty, they were married on July 5, 1968 in Sisseton, SD.  They made their home in Minot, ND for 17 years.  In 1985 they moved to Mandan.  Judy was a stay at home mom for many years and later worked as a cashier at Hodge Podge for 10 years.  Judy and George loved traveling in their 5th wheel camper for many years.  They were fishing soul mates and Judy almost always out fished George.  She enjoyed playing Pinochle and spending time with her family and friends.

Blessed to have shared in her life is her husband of 52 years, George Fuller, Bismarck; daughter, Tracy (Greg) Ressler, Sheridan, WY; son, Clint (Amanda) Fuller, Bismarck; four grandchildren, Abbie Ressler, Laramie, WY, Devon Ressler, Sheridan, WY, And Harrison and Mason Fuller, Bismarck; and one sister, Regina Freije, MN.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Dorothy Franson and Edith Kovarik; and one brother, Bernard Novak.
