Tammy Ellingson, 57, of Minot, North Dakota, passed away on December 18, 2023, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born on May 2, 1966, to Avis Anderson, Tammy radiated warmth and joy throughout her life.
She is lovingly remembered by her family: son, Nicholas Dalle; daughter, Jesse Dalle; granddaughter, Hayden Steele; brother, Rick; and nephew, Conner. Tammy was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Kathryn, and niece, Danika.
A passionate lover of all animals, Tammy cherished her cats, Lucy, Ricky, and Sasha. Her creativity knew no bounds; she was not only a talented artist in drawing but also excelled in designing and creating various art forms. Tammy’s artistic expressions were a testament to her imaginative and inventive spirit. She often remarked, “It’s a beautiful day,” a phrase that exemplified her positive outlook and ability to find beauty in every situation.
Tammy also had a profound love for the beach, often collecting shells and reveling in the serene beauty of the ocean. This love was a reflection of her appreciation for nature’s splendor.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held on January 13th at the Hampton Inn in Minot, ND, at 12:00 PM, followed by a reception where friends and family can share food, stories, and memories, honoring her enduring spirit and creativity.
Tammy’s legacy of positivity, artistic talent, and her innate ability to appreciate and create beauty in life will be deeply missed. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, creativity, and an unwavering ability to find joy in every day.
